Ok. case in point, every now and again even the most disciplined of us needs a little motivation. The weather has been nice this week and my client load is building daily (thank goodness). Watching all my clients get closer and closer to their goals has sparked me to set a mini goal for myself. My birthday is in 8 weeks. My goal is to shed my winter fluff.
Spring break and Summer break are great incentives as well for this little challenge.
An added benefit to accomplishing this goal is that it will put me at a perfect starting point for this competition season. Of which I am anxiously looking forward to. According to the NPC, with the emergence of the bikini division, the figure division will now move back towards the physique preferred in the 2007 season. I so hope that's the case. Oh well I will just work hard in all aspects of contest prep and find out what happens when I'm under the lights.
Also in my little bag of challenges for this season is to compete in fitness and Womens' Tri-fitness. Dang I better get on the ball.

Sooo with that being said, In the words of one of my clients.
"EAT RIGHT MOVE RIGHT!!". Now that I think about it...he probably stole that saying from someone else. Nonetheless it's still applicable.
